Freedom 251 Smartphone Makers Summoned in Cheque Bounce Case :- Freedom 251 had received 7.5 crores registrations, and the company had promised to bring 2 Lakh units in the first phase and it had finally started the deliveries. Ringing bells started with the delivery of 5000 units of Freedom 251. For the users who desperately wait for Freedom 251 phones and it was closer to its target. The company has mentioned Freedom 251 will not be available for all registered for it, because it has to given in a huge number. Meanwhile the company had launched six new smartphones and a cheap LED TV early July with the availability of the products was not yet to clear. But that not happened actually and this is the most disappointment 2016 so far from company. It could be looked at as one of the biggest cheats in the digital age.
Freedom 251 Smartphone Makers Summoned in Cheque Bounce Case
Freedom 251 makers has claimed that Freedom 251 to be the world’s cheapest smartphone, have been summoned as charged by a Delhi court in a Rs. 2 crore cheque bounce case filed by a private firm. M/s Aryan Infratech Pvt Ltd (AIPL) has complaint against Managing Director Mohit Goel,, its Directors Anmol Goel and Sumit Goel, CEO Dhaarna Goel and President Ashok Chaddha.
According to the complaint, the accused had issued a cheque in favour of the accuser firm AIPL towards liberation of their legal responsibility. However, it was returned by the bank on October 28 due to lacking funds. As a result, the accuser firm has sent a legal notice to the accused but imbursement was not made and AIPL approached the court.
The complaint has required action of the firm and its office bearers and payment of the amount along with compensation.
